College football schedule today: Scores for Saturday’s Week 2 games

Though college football might not garner as much attention in Week 2 as it did in Week 1, its schedule does boast what is perhaps the biggest nonconference game of the 2024 season.
No. 3 Texas will travel to take on No. 9 Michigan in only the third ranked matchup of the season, and the first among teams in the top 10. Saturday’s game between the Longhorns and Wolverines will be only their second meeting all time following the 2005 Rose Bowl Game, which Texas won 38-37.
The SEC-Big Ten matchup will have massive implications on this year’s 12-team College Football Playoff, but it’s not the only game involving ranked opponents. Elsewhere, No. 12 Tennessee and quarterback Nico Iamaleava will travel to Charlotte, N.C. to take on No. 23 NC State.
With that, here’s the Week 2 college football schedule, including times, TV info, scores and more:
Saturday, Sept. 7
Games listed in chronological order. All times Eastern.
